Parent task / Subtask ROLES different

Only the NO ROLE (when both methods r used) they both follow the parents role. lol. Anyway, it would b good if the subtasks follow the parents role when creating subtasks.
On the one hand the subtask takes on the parent's role (see above bottom picture) when using tht method. However, when using the top pictures method (see above) the sub task gets assigned NO ROLE. Some previous posts have also discussed wht Ive found, and they all say the same thing is to make the subtask the same as the parent task.
