Creating Sub-task / Checklist

I love this feature but for some reason when I hit enter the task don't always show up. It works ~ 50% of the time.

I have been using this for about a week, and checklists don't show up at all once created. They are display against the task (shows 0/2) but when I click for more details it's blank.
