Make it quicker to edit default time of 1 hour

I know there is an option to change the duration for a task from 1 hour to something else, but it takes a lot of clicks and typing, especially if a task takes something like 15 mins. This throws off my ability to easily timeblock my day.

I'm sure these ideas are already in the backlog so just adding my vote:

- Allow me to add a duration in the quick options when I'm creating a task (similar to existing options like adding to objective or team)

- Add more options in the duration box - there's room in the UI so why not add 15 mins, 45 mins, 90 mins

- Allow me to set my own task default to replace the hour default (e.g. so all new tasks are 30 mins)
