Option to rollover week's goals to next week if not completed?

I know this has been mentioned in various ways, and though one such mention got a 'Completed' label I do not see uncompleted goals rolling over to the next week.  I'll take a close look (again), but if I'm right, it doesn't happen.  Thanks.
