How can I add a read only user?

I would like to add someone in as a view only user and thought I could do this but when they login they are asked to upgrade to paid version since their trial period is over.

This is a significant limitation versus other apps I have used especially considering the cost per user.

Sorry, there is no such feature available in the Week Plan.

Are there plans to provide this as I have a team mate that only needs to view the task board and will not be adding tasks?  Are there workarounds?

Apologies, but as of now, there isn't a corresponding plan on our roadmap. However, we can provide a discount if you choose to add another user to your current subscription.

Thank you for your offer to discount.  I will add Helen to the team as a full user since there is not an option for read-only. 

 

Should I wait for a discount code to activate or….?  Please advise so I can move ahead.
