Very slow wep app

Hello, the web app has been incredibly slow this morning. 1 minute+ to load the schedule page, 30 seconds+ to move or open tasks. It has been like this for an hour.


My internet is fine, every other site is instant, no issues. I'm using latest version of Firefox.

Can you please try clearing the browser's cache and see if that solves the problem for you?

Have you tested it with the Chrome browser? We don't see any errors for your account and it seems to load fine. Can you please check on a different browser or device?

It works fine on Chrome, but that isn't the browser I use - I've used the Weekplan web app for years on Firefox.

We get it. We also tried the issue on Firefox but we couldn't reproduce it. Could you please reinstall your firefox browser and check if that fixes the issue for you?
