Notes, comments... a suggestion

Anonymous 8 years ago updated by Domingo Alvarez Mendez 5 years ago 7
I use notes extensively. For example, if I have task: Go to gym, I will use the notes feature to record sets/reps. If I have a task: Prepare for project x, I will use the notes section to record what I've done.

Regardless if my task is completed, forwarded or undone, I would LOVE an option to scroll over a task and see the info of the note appear in a floating box. I've seen this done before, so it can't be too hard to implement.

If you pass you mouse over the little note icon next to your task (when there is a note) you will see the content of the note there. Is that what you are talking about?
It already does that, did you see it?

Hey, I can't see this notes popup.

The only thing it shows is a hint saying "This task have some notes".
Hi Jordi, just by passing the mouse over the task, you should have a tooltip appear with more details...

Aymeric,

I have not managed to get the preview when I get the mouse over the note icon on the task.

Nor in the case if I have an image nor a checklist. Is your implementation only for notes or for anything attached to it? It would be helpful to have it for at least checklist if it is too complex for images.

Let me know.

Cheers, and good work!!
