Trying to add a "Valid FROM Email address" and it won't accept it

Hi!  My Weekplan acct is registered under my gmail, but I'd like to add my work email address so I can add tasks from that email.  When I went to try to add it, I get this message "Email address could not be added".  I was able to add a different personal email address (from AOL.com), but not my job one.  Is there a reason why that would happen or a way to resolve?

Can you please share the email address you want to change and the new email address please? Email address could not be added if there is already an account registered with this email.

It appears that the email account jennifer.goris@hmhco.com is already associated with a Week Plan account. If you wish to link it to the account registered with the email jgoris430@gmail.com, you will need to delete the existing account linked to jennifer.goris@hmhco.com. Could you please confirm the deletion of the account with the email jennifer.goris@hmhco.com? Once this account is deleted, you will be able to add it to another account.

Thank you soooo much!  I had completely forgotten that I'd initially signed up for a trial w/ that email address. I've gone in and deleted it and have added the email address to my current account!
