How often does Google calendar sync and is there a way to manually sync after adding events in either place that I want to propagate?

Pushing from weekplan to gcal is done instantly.
Pulling from Gcal into WeekPlan is done every hour.
There is no way to manually trigger it but it is a good idea! :)
I have added the ability to manually trigger a Pull from inside the WorkspaceSettings page.
