Issues upgrading to PRO

I paid for a membership to upgrade to PRO under my free account. I signed out and signed back in but it failed to upgrade my account. I have the receipt and confirmation email of my payment but it still says I am a free member. I have checked and I used the same email address as my free account. What can I do now?

Could you please share the registered email address linked to your Week Plan account so we can check this further for you?

If possible, please also attach the payment receipt or confirmation email screenshot.
