Focus timer crashing when getting close to the countdown limit
Hello,
The focus timer is always crashing for me when getting close to the countdown limit (or actually when time expires, not sure).
I'm using Chrome. I can stop and pause the timer, no issues with that.
Can you have a look at that, please?

Forgot to mention that the only way to recover from that is to reload the page
Actually, I'm shown 2 options: Reload or Cancel. Either way, I need to reload the page to get back to the Planner
I cannot reproduce this issue, could you please record a video of the problem?
