I cannot find my lists. My parking lots are gone.. and the iOS app doesn't sync anymore

Since this morning my parking lots are gone. I cannot find the Boards you're talking about.

I use Chrome on Mac OS X latest versions.


Any help fast. I have to plan my week today.


Also the iOS app doesn't update anymore.


I don't want to be rude, but this is the second time in a month that with new features things go wrong. Wouldn't it be better to test the software better before releasing it to all your customers?

Hello,

I found the lists again, sorry for my fast reaction.


The good thing about the version before the update that you could see all your list and your calendar. Is that still possible? If I open the parking lots the weekview is gone. I prefer the previous version.

I whole-heartedly agree. What I loved about Weekplan was that you can see everything all at once and drag and drop. It's not nearly as intuitive now.

Most of the issues are due to the browsers not refreshing properly. The fact the iOS app doesn't work is something I need to look at.

Apology taken! Thanks for the fast fixing of issues. The thing is when you rely on Weekplan for your weekly project review and suddenly on sunday afternoon while reviewing some things in the weekplan app appear to be different, that doesn't feel right.


I know that Pocket informant always releases a Beta to a group of test-users. When all the bugs are fixed and the testers agree to the suggested changes then the changes are implemented in de app to all the users.
