"Expected time" tooltip continues pop up over time textbox
In task I hover over the first time icon and get a tooltip: Expected duration of task.
Then when I try to set the time, the tooltip keeps re-appearing not letting me set the time of the task manually and not letting me use the up/down buttons because I cannot see them.
Once in a while this problem does not occur.
