Carry 'goal' definition to subtasks

When a subtask is created the 'goal' definition is blank. I can't imagine a scenario when the goal for subtask will not be the same as the parent. Therefore the subtask should inherit the goal from its parent automatically to prevent the user having to manually update the field.
