Was Pro member tried to upgrade to Ultimate, CC was charged but account still limited to Pro
I tried to upgrade to Ultimate, my credit card was charged but my account still show PRO status and I have limited features.

Thank you very much! I'm excited to use all the features of the is great application. I used to use a mix of Any.do, Google Keep, Trello, One Note, and Calendar to do all the things I can now do with your single application.
