close button missing from task detail

Hi there,

Using both chrome and Edge, the 'close' cross in the top right hand corner of the dialog box is missing meaning you can't close the screen. On edge you can close it with the escape key, this doesn't work with chrome. It was working well a few days ago and is the first time I've seen it.
