The Journal is an extension you need to enable here: https://app.weekplan.net/#view=Extensions

Not sure if I'm missing something here, but I can't find the journal anywhere. Is it simply an email you reply to but can't see? the above link takes me to team settings; where the only journal options are to have a coaching email sent to me (replies to said email go to journal), and downloading the journal itself into a .csv file.
