I can export the journal to a csv format, however this is not ideal if i need to move it over to a word document, or compile all journal entries into a continuous entry. Any tips on this as I would like to journal in the weekplan portal rather than other

I didn't understand the issue, but maybe you can use Zapier to export journal entries to other services.
