Actually, do you have an example of url that didn't get parsed properly? I'll see if it can be fixed quickly.

Yes this sharepoint URL does not work:

https://xxx.sharepoint.com/yy/zz/_layouts/15/WopiFrame.aspx?sourcedoc={98765abcd-b77d-4a34-a662-01234ab7899}&action=default

Both comments and Notes are cutting these off right before the first {
