Since the latest update the repeat task menu no longer allows me to select which day of the month I want the task to repeat.

I can see some improvement with this last update however I am still unable to select the specific day (not the date) that I want a task to repeat. I have customers that I schedule service for on a monthly or quarterly basis. In order to keep them organized and on a regular, predictable schedule I set them up on the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, or 4th week of the month and on a specific day of that week. So i can tell a customer " I will be at your house on the 2nd Friday of every month".
I hope this helps to explain my issue and what exactly I'm looking for. I paid for Week Plan because after the 2 week trial I really liked how the recurring task function worked and now a month or so into my Week Plan account that function does not work the way it did when I started.
We removed this option because Google Calendar didn't allow for it if I recall well, I will ask the team.
Actually, I have just asked.
To create an appointment for the 3rd Friday of every month, create a task on Friday and select Monthly and "Day of the week". This will do what you are after.
