ISSUES SYNCING EDITS AND NEW TASKS BET PHONE & COMPUTER

I'm having issues syncing easily between my phone & laptop. Sometimes when I sign out of my account on the app (in order to sync, or upload my new tasks and my new edits, not only do they not appear online on my computer, but they are also erased from the app when logging back in. This is problematic for me. Any thoughts or fixes for this? Thanks!

Tasks are removed (after a warning) when logging out. This is to avoid duplicates if logging in again. However, it's better if we can solve the sync issues you have from the beginning. Could you tell us more about that, does it completely stop syncing? What happens if you do a hard kill of the app (double click home button and remove app)?

Hi! Thank you so much for responding!! and yes, I use an iPhone. Should I hard kill the app and re-download?

Basically, any changes I make on my phone don't sync to web software. What do you suggest I do in order to best use the app in conjuction with the software, as I am not always on my computer and would like to plan, etc on the go :) ?

Yes, this should happen automatically. Try to just hard kill the app and then start it again (no need to redownload). Hopefully that solves your problem. I'm working on an improvement so that this should not happen.
