Lost all tasks for a 2nd workspace when I deleted the first workspace

I had two workspaces defined - 'Personal' and 'CognitoiQ'.

I just deleted the 'Persona' workspace and all the tasks from the 'CognitoiQ' workspace have disappeared.

This is a major bug. Unless this can be fixed I will have to ask for refund on my subscription

Could you please give me some example of tasks you expected to see in CognitoIQ? I will look for them.

Hi,

 

I checked this morning and the tasks are now present in the web UI for the ‘CognitoiQ’ workspace.  I don’t know whether this is because you restored something or not.

 

The web UI seems unreliable.

Mmm ok, I didn't restore anything but we had a downtime yesterday, so that could be the cause.
