Here's how:
Because you have used Paypal to upgrade, there is no way to upgrade from PRO to ULTIMATE from the app. You will have to cancel the subscription from within Paypal, then reupgrade to ULTIMATE here: https://app.weekplan.net/#view=Pro and then contact us again so that we can refund the difference.
