Only task assigner should edit task or reschedule task, Assigned person should only complete the task

Hi, I am Vijayshankar,

I am facing problem, I have assigned tasks to peoples invited, but they can see all the tasks & edit/ reschedule tasks. I want assigned person to see his task only & can only complete his task.

Planning person only should have full access to all tasks & ability to reschedule his tasks.
