I'm having the same problem. I'll enter tasks then switch weeks, then go back to the week I just added tasks and they're all gone. I'm using chrome - Chris
It appears to me that once you enter tasks it may take a few minutes for the system to save it and show it. It dissapears and then 5 or 10 minutes later it shows up again. Could this be a space issue on your servers? Chris

Hello, I have the same issue. All my tasks are gone and I'm close to desperate. I just wanted to purchase your wonderful product, but right now it makes me crazy and realyy sad I cannot accomplish anything. :-(
I think you logged in with a different user.
Hi Michael, try in a different internet browser or try to clear your cache. It should solve your problem.
When people report losing all their tasks, generally it is because they have logged in another account by clicking the google login.
Is that what happened?
