Thank you for the nice app and I just purchased a pro account today. I added a new list in a board, dragged and dropped a new items from other lists to the new list, and switched to another board. When I switched back, the new list (along with many items) is gone! I refreshed the page. It is still gone. I use firefox.
This may be related to the fact that the app sometimes loads very slowly (up to 1 minute for an update in the view). Maybe the data was not completely saved before I moved to another view. But if the changes were not persisted at all, then I should still see the tasks in the old lists, which is not the case...
We have done some changes that should solve the performance issue. Please let us know if you experience this bug or sluggishness again.
