Can't remove big rock from a task (just assign to role)

Better I'll describe it more detailed.
1. Create task assigned to big rock.
2. Open creation of a new task. It has assignment to the same big rock automatically.
3. I can change assignment to the role, but can't remove big rock.
I need to assign the task only to the role. Without any big rocks.
