Email from Gmail to Week Plan

Is there a way to include the body of an email in the notes field when I forward an email from Gmail to Week Plan?  Right now the only thing that shows in the notes field is:

I know that if I put [ ] in front of words it will show up as tasks, but how do you include an email message in case you want details about a task...for instance, about 50% of my work is generated by emails.  It gets frustrating if Iʻm looking at my Week Plan and have to switch to Gmail and search for a thread for details.
