Is there a way to set sms reminders for all tasks by default?

I just enabled SMS reminders. It seems like a cool feature but limited.

1. Can i set the reminders for all tasks to send SMS one hour head without having to do it for each task?

2. Can i add an appointment by SMS?

Thank you for reaching out. Unfortunately, we do not have an option to set SMS reminder by default and also to add task via SMS
