Problems/ questions Weekplan 2

I'm new and keep getting bounced to Weekplan 2, which is confusing since it doesn't reflect changes such as my font preferences, and more importantly, I can't see how to access my parking lot. And I don't see how to solve this in the FAQs. I really want this to work and am excited about it, but this is making it really hard to get learning momentum.  thanks for your guidance
