Seeing Second level Sub-tasks

The system allows creating a list of sub-tasks within (under) a specific sub-task. When I see my day plan, I see the 1st level sub-task as a checkbox. I can check (to mark completion) or click again to uncheck. That's it. I can never see what's under that.

Is what I am doing not supposed to be done that way? Or is it a bug?

Hi there!

Thank you for reaching out.

Our apologies for the confusion.  To view the details or mark a subtask (parent and 2nd level) as not complete, you have to edit the parent tas and the same with the parent subtask.

Please let us know if you have further questions regarding this function.

We'll be happy to assist you. :)

Kindest,

Raine

yes, but why should I? Why shouldn't subtasks' subtasks be ticked for completion from the main screen, just like subtasks?
