Just reply directly to this email, your reply will be added automatically to your journal (workspace: My plan).
Don't know what to write? How about trying to answer this question:
When did you last lie and regret it?
But what if I want just to add my own entry with no regard to your question?
And if I'm sure what to write, then I don't what the offered alternative question.
