Hi - I have saved 'Sort Format' to Urgency, Importance, then time but it doesn't seem to be ordering as saved. Still need to order manually.

Hi, I am also confused by the sorting/ordering of tasks. Even if I manually rearrange my high impact tasks into a particular order, it seems that this order is not maintained when I login to the website later. Is this intentional? It is not clear to me what the rules are for how the tasks get re-ordered when I log in again. Thank you.

This function is not available with the V2 version. It will be removed from the account settings soon to avoid further confusion.
