The iOs app has a number of problems, which i have brought to your attention over months. Today, after entering about 10 new tasks to my iphone over the last couple of days, these tasks are not appearing in the Windows version, no matter how many times i restart the devices and log in and out of each. If iOs and syncing are not improved soon, I may abandon this product.

May we ask which browser you are using to open the web app? Also, which ios software version you have on your iphone?
