I have recently subscribed to the Ultimate subscription, however I am not seeing any options to enable these featurs.
No focus timer, unable to create subtask

Our apologies for the confusion.
The extension button has been removed as the Vision and Journal is accessible on the menu. The Pomodoro timer can be turned on by clicking the task.

I am disapointed with the service that I paid for. Focus timer is not workig, tried to integrate with PomoDoneApp using the Zapiper however that too not working.
I would like to cancel the subscription and demand for full refund

If you subscribed to the Ultimate Plan, the features are already available for you to use. You only need to choose and those features if you are in PRO plan.
To create a Subtask, just click the parent task and select "Edit Task"
For the Focus Timer, you can turn this on through the "Edit Task" section.
