Week Plan is taking monthly Outlook repeat tasks and adding them to every workday in Week Plan

Hi there,

Thank you for reaching.  If you don't mind explaining a bit further please, we just would like to be sure we understand.



I have a (one) monthly task setup in my Outlook calendar which syncs with Week Plan. When I log into Week Plan the task appears in every day Mon-Friday when it should only appear once per month

  • Pulse global board meeting
  • Check contract folder for……
  • Timesheets
