BUG!!!!???? Can´t use the timeline anymore

with version 86.1- the hoovering over the timeline brings the new unnecessary option of scheduling the tasks in regard to days etc.  but not time- setting options!!!

Hi Kamut, if you drop the task to a specific day, it will give you the ability to set a time.

Yeah. It's not working like it used to. I can't set times for my tasks in the timeline.
