My Outlook calendar is syncing in the mobile app, but is not syncing through the online portal.

This is the first time I have synced the calendar, so it could still be refreshing. However, it has been several minutes, and I am also wondering why it is on the mobile app but not showing on the site.

The other issue I'm noticing is that in the mobile app, I'm not able to prioritize any of the outlook items into a priority quandrant. I am still very new to the software though, so perhaps I'm just not understanding the intent behind how it was designed to work.

I am having similar issues. The synchronization isn't working quite right I have events on outlook not showing up on my week plan. Please advise

We have received reports regarding the ios and web app sync issue and our dev team is currently working with our ios developer to fix this issue.


With regards to the Outlook items, i am unable to replicate this on my end. May I ask for a screenshot of this for reference?
