Android app notification weekplan

Hi

I'm unable to receive any notifications from weekplan app in android phones? How do i enable or solve this problem? I am able to receive notifications only from my sync calendr.

Hi 

No I am taking about phone reminders from app through notifications. The app triggers the notification in the phone and it appears in the notification bar.
