Is it possible to make Sunday as a first day of week?

Provide this as an option as I prefer Mondays.  Some People even prefer Saturday to be the first day of the week.  If you work a strange shift, Wednesday might do it.  So, let's only change if it is open for any day to be the start.

I used to allow you to pick the first day of the week and I removed it as I didn't see many people using it. 

I will reinclude it.
