Zapier "create task" defaults to "today" when no date is specified

Hi! I've created several zaps to send tasks to Week Plan as "action items" (not as calendar items), but even when no date is selected in the zap, Week Plan defaults to "today", which turns the task into a calendar item (which I don't want). Any way to fix this? Thanks.
