Text not appearing in Contact Form.

When I click Contact, and begin to enter my information, the text does not appear for the forms Name, Email Address and Subject. (On the contrary, the text does appear for Message).

It seems to me that the text is being inputted, but the margins are so big in the smaller text boxes that the text is just not visible to the user. (Where is for the Message form, the text box is big enough to see beyond the margins).
