Completed tasks will not display when I click on it.

When I click on 'Completed Tasks' the arrow rotates, as it should, however my tasks will not appear as they used to. How do I make them appear?

Hi, Jean!

Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

May we request for a screenshot of this for reference?

Looking forward to your response.

Good afternoon,

I have attached the screenshot. You’ll see one is of the arrow pointing outward and the other the arrow is pointing downward. When I click on ‘Completed Tasks’ the arrow moves, but nothing displays below. Thank you,

Hi, Jennifer!

Thank you for sending that through.

I have forwarded this to our dev team for further checking. I will get back to you once I receive a feedback.

Thank you for understanding.

Good morning,

I am still unable to view completed tasks. Please advise with the fix for this issue. It has been over a week since I contacted your company about this problem. Thank you.

Hi, Jennifer!

Our sincerest apologies for the delays. I reached out to our dev team to request for an update on this.

Hello,

I am still waiting for a fix for my issue concerning completed tasks. Everyone else at my workplace is able to use this feature. It is an inconvenience for me to not be able to view the completed tasks. Has anyone found a fix for this issue? It’s been a few weeks now.

Hi, Jennifer!

Thank you for following up.

Our dev is still trying to replicate this issue on our end. May we ask for your clarification if the others are also using the Windows app?

When you say ‘Windows App’, do you mean Internet Explorer? If so, then no, everyone at my workplace who uses WeekPlan accesses it using Chrome.

I found the issue. Somehow the filter was turned on so I could only view tasks with the status ‘Unfinished’. I never played with that, so I’m not sure why it suddenly turned on…I did not even know there was a filter feature on the program. Regardless, the issue is resolved, I figured it out myself. Perhaps you should keep this in mind if someone else has the issue….maybe when I upgraded it automatically changed that? I have no idea.

Thank you,

Hi, Jennifer!

Thank you for letting us know about the filter function.

The screenshot you sent us shows that the completed tasks is not included on the filter. The filter function only works when it's triggered. However, you have to reset the function for the original schedule view.

We'll definitely take note of this in case we receive a related concern.

As for your other inquiry, please see that your ticket is tagged as Windows App. You can run Weekplan on Windows and add it on your task bar.
