Also, may we ask for a screenshot of the error message you are getting when you try to upgrade using Chrome?

If I try to subscribe with that link - I get the following:



When I click to return, it puts me in weekplan v1 but then shows the pro subscription.

My apologies if that option did not work. 


I can't seem to find your Pro subscription under this account - derrickhiatt@gmail.com. Do you have a different email address associated with the payment? 


Also, did you receive a payment confirmation email when you subscribed to Pro plan?

It looks like my payments have been failing for some time. I tried to update or change my card info but that also keeps failing. It looks like I'm stuck in limbo.

Thank you for your clarification.


It appears that our system still has the same Pro plan from your last subscription period 2015 - 2016. I have updated your account and you should be able to upgrade to Ultimate plan. 


Our apologies as we do not have other mode of payment as of the moment. :(  In case your credit/debit card still doesn't work, we recommend checking with your card issuing bank first for advice.
