major problem! error preflight response is not successful

There suddenly seems to be a major bug, which is stopping all of our team members from logging in through either Safari OR through Google Chrome. We are all getting an error "error preflight response is not successful" when trying to log in. This has all begun to occur since 8th August, and seems related to the "Captcha" screen that is constantly appearing now.


We are all using mac computers, all on the latest OSX, High Sierra.
This is happening on 4 computers in the same workspace.
Only rarely right now can we actual successfully sign in through either Safari or Google Chrome.

Presently FireFox seems to be still working. (holding our breath!)


This is near catastrophic for our team workflow! Please deal with this right away!

Our team checked this and they are unable to replicate the concern through High Sierra 10.13.6 , Safari 10.1.2 and Chrome 6. 


May we know if you are using VPN or any firewall?

Well, you are right, it is something really big on our end. I just isolated my system and tethered through a phone and could log in as per normal through BOTH google Chrome and Safari.

Thanks for your efforts, I will have to call our service provider to find out what they have done!
