HIT list does not scroll when making selection on details box

When clicking on an event added from calendar (not inside weekplan), the detail box which gives an option to add role and HIT is too large for screen. When I select HIT, the HIT list goes off the page and will not scroll. I have to zoom browser waaay out to select from the whole list. Also, I don't use the iPhone app - it was too buggy months ago.
