Android app will not start up - Google Pixel XL

The Android app will not start up on my Google Pixel XL. I am running Android 9 and whenever I try to open the app it brings up a gray screen and then quickly shuts out.

Can we asks for some more info like  which nexus device you are using ? Also are you getting this issue on installing the app or on browsing the app.  We appriciate you paitence.
