Good afternoon

I have had the app week plan for approximately a year and a half, 
 it was an app I use on a daily basis to track everything that we were responsible
Home
Work
Kids
Sports
Health
Etc.....

 I did the update today and I’ve lost all past, current and future information. 
 I can’t get the app to work and it looks like it is now a pay app
