I upgraded over a week ago and you haven't responded. you respond to comments made later than mine so I know you see this. HELP ME. I just want to use the app, and i have paid for it. please actaully help me so i can use it beacause i love the app.  I am also down 75 dollars and have not been able to use the app. please actually folow up on this when you see it. Stop ignoring me.

Also, kindly provide a screenshot of the paid invoice for your subscription for reference.
