Hi!
I hope you guys are not facing this issue anymore but still want's to hear confirmation from you.
Thank You!
Kindes Regards,
Geeta
Greetings, it might have something to do with the duration of the task. I had two tasks tied to objectives that came with 0h. I don't know why they had 0h in the beginning, but this seems to be the problem for not jumping over to the next day.
Can you please give us some name of the task(s) as an examples to check it deeply?
Thank you.
I think I know why this happens. The task has 0h (zero hours) in duration. I added the task via objectives. Gonna have an eye on that when I add other high impact tasks via objectives. Thank you very much! :)
This might be interesting! So, I created another HIT. It comes with zero hours duration automatically. Does not roll over to next day. Even not, when I changed the duration to one hour. But after removing it from the week, and re-inserting it on the schedule - on a specific day - it jumps over just fine! Hope this helps. Is this a bug?
Yes, it seems an issue. Thank you for the details. We are looking into it and will get back soon.
Thanks again.
Unfortunately, we couldn't reproduce this issue. Can you please give us some name of the task which didn't rollover for you?
Thank you.
Would it help you if I make a video of it? I did reproduce the problem a few days ago.
It would be great but task rollover to next day only when not completed.
I had just one uncompleted task not carry over from yesterday to today. However, the one task that did not carry over was an important task tied to an objective.
